I can't give you 20 points for a descriptive blog entry, because you didn't have anything to say about your work.
I don't reccomend doubling similar sounds- like the clap and the snare drum. It's best to pick one or the other as the resulting texture is thin.
On your use of panning, it's a bit extreme. Panning one instrument hard left (all the way) or hard right is distracting. Use the panning controls to widen your stereo field, not to create a ping pong effect.
On a positive note, I like your drum beats. There is good use of bass and snare drum, and all of the downbeats are emphasised.
